Your new Sticky Pod comes with an
unconditional 30 day return policy, including all shipping both to and from customer,
up to the value of FedEx 2 Day air. Sticky Pods are warranted to be free from
defect in material or workmanship for a period of three years, under
normal use and service, from the date received. Sticky Pod Director is exempted
from 30 day return policy.
Please read the following:
1) Our philosophy is; If you don't like it, just send it
back. We will accept it.
The following criteria must be met to return the smaller models of Sticky Pod and receive a
refund:
- You must be the original purchaser, no
second party returns.
- Your name must be on the return label, not a second party.
- Your Sticky Pod cannot be modified or damaged.
- The package must be shipped within 30 days
of the date received.
- No company credit will be granted for
Sticky Pods over the 30 day limit.
- Sticky Pods that are found to be damaged
from shipping are ineligible for a refund. Shipper must contact shipping company and file
a claim for damages. We will work with you to help recover your damages by providing
pictures. Damaged Sticky Pods will not be returned to customer.
When the package is received, we will issue a refund via your
credit card or company check. Including all shipping both to and from customer, up to
the value of FedEx 2 Day air.
2) Sticky Pod Directors are designed for professionals only. It comes with
a three year warranty to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal conditions of use and service. Due to the expensive customized
central hub, this model of Sticky Pod is not for the amateur and does not qualify for a refund
under any circumstances.
3) Sticky Pod and it's officers, employees, share holders, parent company, subsidiaries
and heirs will be held harmless from any claims by your company, officers, employees, share
holders, subsidiaries or as an individual. You understand that the use of a Sticky Pod
constitutes a knowledge that you as an individual possess to make safe videos, films or pictures in
almost any environment. The knowledge you possess includes the use of everyday "common sense"
about the physical world around you. Any lack of this knowledge constitutes negligence on
your part and you agree to accept full responsibility for your actions and/or consequences.
4) Whether you purchase your Sticky Pod online or over the phone, you agree to these
return policy terms.
5) Sections of this return policy shall be deemed to be
severable and should any section, paragraph, or provision hereof be declared by the courts to
be unconstitutional or invalid, such holdings shall not affect the validity of this return
policy as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional
or invalid.
